Reformer Pilates

Step into the Fiamatta Room at Forza Yoga & Pilates, where 24 state-of-the-art reformers await to transform your Pilates practice. Our reformer Pilates classes are designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, with a focus on improving posture, flexibility, and core stability. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our certified instructors will guide you through controlled, precise movements that emphasize alignment, breath, and mindful transitions.

The reformer machines provide adjustable resistance, helping you engage muscles more deeply and achieve faster, more effective results compared to traditional mat exercises. At the end of every session, we provide a refreshing cold cloth to aid in recovery, leaving you feeling both invigorated and relaxed. Hot Yoga

At Forza Yoga & Pilates, our hot yoga classes take place in the serene Espirare Room, where warmth and movement combine to create a transformative experience. Our classes are designed to help you deepen your practice, improve flexibility, and enhance strength, all while enjoying the detoxifying benefits of the heated environment.

The elevated temperature allows your muscles to stretch more effectively, promoting greater range of motion and reducing the risk of injury. As you flow through a series of poses, the heat encourages your body to sweat, helping to flush out toxins and leave you feeling revitalized.

Each class concludes with a calming Savasana, where you’ll receive a cooling scented cloth gently placed on your forehead, providing the perfect balance between exertion and relaxation. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our classes offer a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all levels.
